Terms of Service

Welcome to Valory

These terms govern your use of Valory (“the Service”), an AI-powered workflow management platform for real estate professionals. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you add to Valory — your workflows, documents, notes, and client information. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.

AI Features

Valory uses AI to process documents, generate responses, and assist with workflow management. You should be aware that:

  • AI-generated content (document summaries, task suggestions, social media drafts) should be reviewed before use. AI can make mistakes.
  • Write actions (creating workflows, adding notes, completing tasks) always require your confirmation before being executed.
  • AI features are not a substitute for professional legal, tax, or financial advice.
  • Your data is processed by AI model providers to generate responses. It is not used for model training.

Plans and Billing

  • Free trials are available. No credit card is required to start.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
  • Pay-as-you-go plans are billed based on actual AI usage (measured in credits). Usage details are visible in your account settings.
  • You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • If payment fails, there is a 7-day grace period before your account features are restricted.

Client Portal

If you share deal progress with clients through the client portal, you are responsible for ensuring that shared content is accurate and appropriate. Clients access only the information you explicitly mark as shared.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime when possible.

Limitation of Liability

Valory is a workflow management tool — not a legal, financial, or compliance platform. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content, missed deadlines due to service issues, or data loss beyond what is covered by our backup and recovery practices. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
